Nature is not only all that is visible to the eye. It also includes the inner pictures of the soul
“Nature is not only all that is visible to the eye. It also includes the inner pictures of the soul.” ~ Edvard Munch
What we see in nature is only the tip of the iceberg. It includes the unseen aspects of ourselves that are nonetheless real: our deepest thoughts, feelings, and emotions. We can get in touch with our inner selves and learn more about how we feel about the world and ourselves when we spend time in nature. It provides an opportunity for introspection, fostering personal development through uncovering one’s authentic self. This introspective trip strengthens our sense of self-worth by facilitating an open examination of our innermost hopes, anxieties, and passions; this, in turn, helps us feel more at ease when acting in accordance with our core values. It’s simpler for people all over the world to find common ground and celebrate differences when they realize that nature encompasses both the material things in the world and the immaterial things in their own souls.

It’s easy to get caught up in seeking approval from others, trying hard to fit into a certain mold or make someone else happy. But this can lead us away from our true selves; instead of being authentic and embracing who we are, we try too hard for other people’s approval which leads us down a path of unhappiness. We end up sacrificing parts of ourselves just so that somebody will like us more or accept us into their group – when really, these things shouldn’t matter as much as they do!

Hope is definitely not the same thing as optimism
“Hope is definitely not the same thing as optimism. It is not the conviction that something will turn out well, but the certainty that something makes sense, regardless of how it turns out.” – Vaclav Havel
Let’s start with this powerful quote from the renowned Czech statesman, Václav Havel: “Hope is definitely not the same thing as optimism.
